During the 2023-2024 fiscal year, KLEF volunteers and staff provided 27,380 FREE vision screenings through our KidSight and Vision Van programs, we were able to help 39 Kentuckians receive sight saving treatment through our Patron Program and we helped 45 low vision individuals through our Holloran Program.

Last fiscal year, we announced our plans to open a Low Vision Clinic in Louisville and our team is diligently working to make this a reality in 2024.

We have continued providing our monthly "Ask the Expert" educational series, through which we virtually interview experts on various topics to educate our constituents about eye health, vision impairments and other important topics.

We've also continued to complete successful fundraising endeavors, including our 2023 Drive 4 Sight Golf Scramble which raised over $20,000 (net) and our 2024 Mr. and Miss Kentucky Basketball Awards Ceremony which raised over $30,000 (net) .

This fiscal year, we were approved for several grants to provide some additional funding for our projects and needs. We are grateful to YOU for helping us achieve our successes during this year, and we are full of promise and hope for 2024 and beyond.
